LittleWorld Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LittleWorld Android app and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using LittleWorld, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LittleWorld provides access to short-form drama series and related streaming features, including free episodes, premium episodes, an in-app coin economy, optional VIP access, and advertising-supported unlocks where available.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information where requested and must not impersonate others or create accounts for abusive purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or abuse risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access, copy, scrape, redistribute, or publicly re-share video content except through features we provide
- Bypass playback, unlock, purchase, or advertising controls
- Reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with the Service or its security mechanisms
- Use bots, automation, or fraudulent methods to obtain coins, unlocks, or rewards
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
4. Content and availability
Series, episodes, pricing, free episode counts, and availability may change at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any title or feature. Some content may be unavailable in certain regions or devices.
Each series may include a number of free episodes; additional episodes may require coins, VIP access, or a rewarded ad unlock according to in-app rules and server configuration.
5. Coins, VIP, and purchases
LittleWorld may offer virtual coins and VIP membership benefits. Coin balances and VIP status are managed on our servers. Coin pack and VIP purchases may be offered through Google Play when enabled.
- Prices, pack contents, and VIP duration are defined by our server catalog.
- Coins and VIP benefits have no cash value outside the Service and are not transferable.
- We may adjust coin costs, rewards, or pack offerings.
When Google Play billing is enabled, purchases are processed by Google. You must comply with Google Play terms in addition to these Terms.
6. Advertising and rewarded unlocks
LittleWorld may show ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads may unlock premium episodes or grant coins only after server-side verification. Daily limits and eligibility rules apply. Attempting to manipulate ad rewards is prohibited.
7. Refunds
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable payment rules. Contact Google Play support or us through the Support page for purchase issues; approval of refunds is not guaranteed except where required by applicable store rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including app software, branding, and licensed video content, is owned by LittleWorld or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any content or software.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
9. User content
LittleWorld is not a general user-generated content platform. If you submit support messages, reports, or profile information, you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service and respond to your submission. You must not submit unlawful or infringing content.
10. Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. You may stop using LittleWorld at any time and may delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy and Support page.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to provide legal advice for any specific jurisdiction.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LittleWorld and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us through Google Play in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you made no such payments.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
